SGV Event Center has two indoor rooms with capacities of up to 200 and up to 300. Built in LED uplighting and a TV for presentations support the visual side, and the layout can be planned around seated dinners, awards programs, launches and company celebrations. Setup typically runs from 12:00 to 2:00 PM or the time set in your contract, with earlier access available by advance coordination.
We are family operated, in Old Town La Puente, and we work with event hosts through site visits, coordination, catering and professional vendor relationships.

SGV runs two indoor event spaces with different capacities, so it comes down to which room matches the list you already have. Once you know that, you can decide on the layout, whether that is rounds for a dinner or rows for a presentation.
The Louisiana Room
Up to 300 guests
For a larger quinceañera, the Louisiana Room seats up to 300 guests and is the biggest of the three spaces. It gives you more room to plan dinner seating, the dance floor, the formal traditions and entertainment around a full guest list. Arcade games are available here as well.
